Maeve brings a long tenure in the leasing industry, with deep experience working with IFRS 16 systems and complex lease portfolios across multiple jurisdictions. She has spent many years helping organisations navigate regulatory change, improve financial visibility, and implement lease accounting solutions that work in practice. That experience is directly relevant to the challenges many organisations face today, and her experience will be instrumental in helping organisations transition to the FRS 102 lease accounting standard.
