As previously circulated, the developer of LOIS, Innervision, was purchased by IRIS Software Group in September 2019. You can read more about this acquisition here.
Following this, Innervision has now been rebranded to IRIS Innervision. This move consolidates and unites the Innervision and IRIS brands and sees them update their visual identity to reflect the IRIS look and feel. Additionally, they will now be referring to the software as IRIS Lease Accounting.
You may have noticed some branding changes in Zendesk over the last couple of days, with more to come to your LOIS environment in the coming weeks.
However, this rebrand will not affect LOIS in any way. LOIS will still have direct access to all the existing high-quality services and our qualified team of consultants based right here in Australasia.
